My (belated) 18th birthday was so surreal. It was supposed to be a mini family occasion but never do I expect to see my close friends come down and celebrate with us. I broke down and cried when I took a slow second glance at them - my used-to-be classmates. I think I overreacted. But it was very, very heartwarming to meet them. It's been months we haven't seen each other. I mean it's a heavenly surprise to see Leroy, Brian, Kelvert, Sharifah, Dzafirah, Xueqi, Lishyuan and Peishan, as if they poofed out of nowhere. And I was more enlightened with Melissa's presence. Lol I mentioned all their names but sincerely, I thank each and every one of you. You guys made my 18th birthday an amazingly memorable one. Not to forget my sis-in-law who is really clever to connect with them - through Facebook - and plan behind my back. I thought I was being punked, blindfolded along the way to the barbeque pit guided by sis-in-law. But as it turned out, I was emotionally surprised. My all thanks to the creator of Facebook for this occasion to be planned surprisingly possible.

With the accomplices. Hahah. <3

Who would've guessed that mom was one of the accomplices?

And their wedding anniversary as well. (I sponsored the Famous Amos cookie cake. Muy bién!)

Why must all the good things in life end so bloody fast? Sighs. Once again, I thank you all. <3

I don't understand. I'm facing my worst fear. Yet again. But what else can I do? As I weep in silence, I guess it's the kind of life that God puts me through.

I'm in love with this. Perfectly-taken pictures - the sharpness, colour, contrast, lighting and most importantly proportion. She's incredible. She travels a lot and snaps a lot. The kind of freedom (and hopefully career) I've always dreamt of.

I'm not going to Maksim's concert. Daaaaannnng. I chose the iPod touch over the ticket. But I'm very relieved, for at least I can watch his performance repeatedly in my iPod - the best damn innovative man-made thing ever. I'm sad I can't go to his concert though.

Hah. Taylor Swift at her finest, funniest performance. Best SNL moment!

And that was 13 years ago. The old them, the old us. We'd been on our seperate ways for too long. People change, I still miss them terribly.

Thank you my dear sisters-in-law, brothers and the cheeky little angels for celebrating with me. Friends and colleagues, I love you all.
